Rich Gaspari (born May 16, 1963) is an American former professional bodybuilder from 1980s and early 1990s. Gaspari was inducted into the IFBB Hall of Fame in 2004. Gaspari started his own supplement company ''Gaspari Nutrition''. The company was formed in 2001 and includes the popular bodybuilding supplements "Myofusion", "IntraPro", "SuperPump250" and "SizeOn". The book can also be considered Rich's autobiography.
